Will Haver is the founding CEO of Haver AI, building agentic AI in
healthcare out of Harvard Innovation Labs. He leads the development of
Harrison-1, a healthcare LLM developed in collaboration with NVIDIA,
and works with MIT and Harvard Medical School on clinical research.

Will Haver is a founder and agentic AI researcher building Haver AI, a
healthcare AI company working out of Harvard Innovation Labs. Haver AI
develops infrastructure and clinical tooling for accountable care
organizations and the providers working inside them — including
Harrison-1, a healthcare LLM developed in collaboration with NVIDIA.
Will co-authored research with MIT and Harvard Medical School on
predicting potentially preventable hospital admissions, and presented
the work at the MIT × Mass General Brigham AI Cures conference. Before
Haver AI, he founded Haver LP, a quantitative hedge fund. He advises
Marbella AI and teaches AI workshops at Harvard.

Will Haver is the founding CEO of Haver AI, a healthcare AI company
incubated at Harvard Innovation Labs. Haver AI builds governance-grade
infrastructure and clinical decision tooling for accountable care
organizations and the providers working inside them, anchored by
Harrison-1 — a healthcare LLM developed in collaboration with NVIDIA.

He co-authored a pilot study with MIT and Harvard Medical School on
predicting potentially preventable hospital admissions across an ACO's
patient pool, and presented the research at the MIT × Mass General
Brigham AI Cures conference. With co-founders Vikas Bommineni, Arthur
Belkin, and Le Qi, Haver AI was a semifinalist in Harvard's
President's Innovation Challenge in the Health & Life Sciences track.

Will is a regular speaker and teacher: he co-taught the OpenClaw and
Claude Cowork workshops at Harvard and was a Distinguished Guest
Speaker at Columbia University's 2026 Global Sustainability Summit.
He also serves as an advisor and board member at Marbella AI.

Before Haver AI, Will founded Haver LP, a quantitative hedge fund
focused on high-frequency trading and convertible debt arbitrage. The
crossover between markets infrastructure and clinical AI shows up in
how he builds — fast, instrumented, and obsessed with the failure
modes nobody else is watching.

He lives and works in Boston, MA.
